Dr. Sei Lee is a Professor of Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco and the San Francisco VA Health Care System.  His research focus includes diabetes care in older adults, especially those residing in nursing homes.

“The optimal care of older adults with diabetes requires the perspectives of both endocrinologists with their expertise in diabetes and geriatricians with their expertise in the care of multimorbid older adults.  I’m thrilled to help lead an organization melding the endocrine and geriatrics perspectives to improve the care of older adults with diabetes.”
